AN Mardi Gras Float Feb.16, 2010

The Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Department was represented in the Lafayette Mardi Gras in the Independent Parade at 2:00 on Tuesday. Revelers riding the float included.... Scot Wieland-Soccer, Jen Gardner-Soccer, Ron Hudson-Football, Jorge Munoz Football, Mark Jeffries-Men's Tennis, Paula Ogunbanjo-Track, Rob Phillips-Strength Trainer, Brent Solich-Baseball Alunmi, Mike Desormeaux-Football Alumni, Jonathon Lucroy-Baseball Alumni, Karli Hubbard-Softball Alumni- Tiffany Harris-Softball Alumni, Joy Weber-Softball Alumni, Kristen Malen-Soccer Alumni, Brad Bustle-Football Alumni, and Shari Sigur-Softball Alumni.

It was really great to have the Ragin' Cajuns represented in this years Independent Parade!!!!, Throughout the parade we received a warm and loud welcome from fans along the parade route! All involved had such a great time and we hope to make this an annual event for the Ragin' Cajuns.

First of all I want to thank David Walker and Scott Farmer for giving us the go-ahead to enter the Ragin' Cajun Float in the years Independent Parade.
